Georgia athletic director Damon Evans has reached a settlement with the school after his resigning his position.
According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Evans will receive three months of severance pay - about $137,500 - in addition to a $100,000 longevity bonus that he already earned.
The resignation by Evans comes less than a week after he was charged with DUI and a female companion Courtney Furhmann was charged with disorderly conduct following a traffic stop.
Georgia president Michael Adams told the Georgia Athletic Association board of directors' executive committee about the decision Monday.
